All Customers of Riverview Bank and its Operating Divisions will be able to access any foreign ATM, anywhere with no fees from Riverview Bank 2 which began on Monday, March 23, 2020 through June 30, 2020. Also, for the benefit of everyone in our community, we are temporarily eliminating any fees normally imposed on a non-Riverview Bank customer for customers of other banks to access money from all ATM’s owned and operated by Riverview Bank and its operating divisions.
All Customers of Riverview Bank and its Operating Divisions who currently have funds invested in a Certificate of Deposit (CD) can access their funds at no cost and penalty free up to $5,000.00 to assist with financial hardships in result of COVID-19. If a customer is in need of more than $5,000.00 from their CD, they can access up to an additional 20% of the remaining CD balance in excess of the initial $5,000.00 withdrawal on a penalty-free basis. 3
Impacted customers will be granted fee waivers for general account fees, in the instance of an overdraft occurrence due to insufficient funds within their deposit account, or waivers of loan late charges. Please call your local Community Office for further information or to request support in the unfortunate event you have been negatively impacted by the current Pandemic.
Fee Waivers, including Monthly Rental Fees and Per- Item Fees, will be granted now until June 30, 2020 to continue our efforts in providing no-contact banking and assisting our existing business customers with the support they need to safely and conveniently continue their business throughout COVID-19 at no cost
Due to ongoing legislative discussions that may impact the PPP forgiveness process, we are proceeding with a phased processing approach for PPP forgiveness applications.
For loans of $150,000 or less, we are delaying the start of forgiveness application processing as we continue to expect legislative changes that could substantially expedite the process. Borrowers with loan amounts below this threshold will be notified once the forgiveness application process has been opened for loans of $150,000 or less.
For loans greater than $150,000, we have begun a phased processing approach beginning with larger loan balances since the process for these loans is not expected to materially change. When we open the forgiveness application process for your specific loan, you will receive a secure portal link by email. This is the only method by which loan forgiveness applications will be accepted. Please note, documents sent outside of the link CANNOT be accepted or retained.
We encourage you to regularly view the SBA website for updated information and to work with your tax, financial, and/or legal advisors to determine your specific eligibility.
